Lynn Cosma Wenkert is a Long Island native with deep ties to home, community and the practice of her profession in the region.

Over the past 25 years, Lynn Cosma Wenkert has dedicated herself to providing personalized professional legal services to individual clients and the business community.

The firm was established 10 years ago and is founded on the goals of providing our clients with quality representation, prompt courteous service and achieving the best results for our clients. Whether you are concerned about Business or Corporate Law, have IRS or New York State Tax problems, or are considering making a Real Estate investment, we offer valuable advice and service. Mrs. Wenkert believes that each of our clients is to be treated with respect, and that every legal matter coming in to the firm will receive as much of her personal time and attention as it requires.

We take great pride in guiding our business clients, and watching them grow and flourish in local business communities. We are also gratified when we are able to help our tax clients put their tax problems behind them and move on to lead productive lives. Helping clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services is not only gratifying, it is also a good business practice, as much of our business is based upon referrals from former clients.

Lynn Cosma Wenkert graduated from Stony Brook University in 1977 and from St. John’s University School of Law in 1983. She is admitted to practice before the New York State Courts and in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Lynn Cosma Wenkert is a Small Claims Hearing Officer for property tax grievances, and a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.

In addition, Lynn Cosma Wenkert is an advocate of community service and contributes her time to both her local school district as well as the Bar Association. Mrs. Wenkert speaks German fluently. The practice also accepts several legal plans.
